The role requires hands-on expertise in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and reconciliations, along with strong coordination skills to work with auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Post and maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP. Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly. Manage TDS compliance including thresholds, deductions, and applicable rates. Prepare and upload E-invoices in line with statutory requirements. File and prepare GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B). Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) between books and GSTR-2B. Maintain reference-wise and cost center-wise accounting in Tally. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth accounting operations. Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS provisions; good working knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools. Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
