As a member of the Enterprise Application Integration group, you will hold the responsibility for File Transfer engineering, deployment, and management of the Enterprise MFT Platform. Your main duties will include maintaining the MFT platform operating system, software, and hardware, which involves tasks such as applying patches, upgrades, and performing health checks. You should have experience in customizing various protocol adapters like HTTPS, SFTP, and Connect Direct (mandatory requirement). You will be involved in assisting the deployment of new Enterprise Managed File Transfer solutions, as well as integrating Enterprise MFT with other software platforms across the organization. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of documentation outlining best practices, policies, and procedures for system installation, deployment, and operation of the MFT solution. A key aspect of your role will be providing training and knowledge transfer to your team members. Moreover, you will be required to provide rotational on-call support as needed.
