Be vigilant of system rules, logics, and their response to changed regulatory frameworks and guidelines. Job MBA degree from a reputable institution. Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, preferably in NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB, or Bank. Proven track record of success in a leadership role, heading regional or zonal operations functions. Strong understanding of operations and backend functions, with the ability to correlate legal and compliance matters with client service. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of regulatory dynamics and compliance matters, with a sense of urgency. Understanding of rural and microfinance distribution systems is an added advantage.
