Review the key station certification for individual shifts. 5. Monitor the repair KPI to acheive KX, Battery dislink & reduce the location stock. 6. Guide the team to develope the improvement skill in line. 7. Line audit for everyday to arrest the issues. 8. Review the Line leaders & Caders everyday to acheive their KPI.
