Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlement processes. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products, including their features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client queries and concerns effectively. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
