Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlement processes. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management within the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual funds. Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, and their applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
