Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality standards and improve processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all quality control activities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies, such as ISO 9001. Proficiency in using measuring and testing equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication skills.

Job Title: 3D Application Engineer Experience: 25 Years Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a 3D Application Engineer with 25 years of experience in the metrology field. You will be required to support customers with 3D measurement solutions, deliver technical demos and training and also to provide post-sales support. Also, you are required to work closely with sales team, you will also needed to ensure accurate implementation and high customer satisfaction in pre and post sales and service. Key Responsibilities: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for 3D software and hardware (3D scanning and other metrology systems). Conduct regular product demos, training sessions for both our employees and customers. Assist in solution customization and integration as per customer requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D applications. Collaborate with all regional sales team across India to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Create technical documentation, user guides and training materials. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies and software updates. Participate in trade shows, webinars and technical events as and when needed. . Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design, or related field. 25 years of experience in a similar role involving 3D scanning. You are an experienced Senior QC Engineer responsible for overseeing quality control processes in machining and fabrication. Your main duty is to ensure product quality by closely monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting thorough inspections, and implementing high-quality standards. Your key responsibilities include performing quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. You will be tasked with ensuring compliance with various processes such as Cutting, Banding, Fabrication, Welding, and Painting. Maintaining documentation for QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective actions is also a crucial part of your role. In case of defects, you will conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures promptly. Collaboration is essential as you will need to coordinate closely with the production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards. Your proficiency in using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc., for precision checks is vital. Moreover, adhering to ISO/Quality Management Systems (QMS) guidelines is a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in QC within machining/manufacturing. A strong knowledge of Cutting, Welding, Fabrication, and Surface Treatment processes is essential. Familiarity with metrology tools and quality testing methods, as well as the ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards, are required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also highly valued. If you possess knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing, it will be considered a plus. Conducting Process Capability Studies in FAI & Production stage with SPC (Cp, Cpk, GR&R, MSA) Implement in quality gauges & mistake-proofing techniques.( like gauge & position gauges., etc) Identify and address non-conformances (NCRs) and escapes, implementing Permanent corrective actions Preferred candidate profile Implementing AI-based vision systems, CMM automation, and inline inspection technologies Experience with CMM, GD&T, SPC, NDT, and metrology tools. Proficiency in quality tools like 8D, 5-Why, 7-QC tools, DMAIC, and PFMEA. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications & Experience: BE/B.
