Key Responsibilities: International Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and expand business opportunities in global markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze international markets, competitor trends, and customer demands to formulate effective sales strategies. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and finalization of sales agreements. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to export regulations, trade compliance, and shipping documentation. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution. Participation in Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Represent the company in international trade fairs, networking events, and B2B meetings. Location: Worli, Mumbai. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in international sales, preferably in export/import or merchant trading. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global trade, export documentation, and international logistics. Education: Preferred minimum Bachelor's degree Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client negotiations. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for business development.
