Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Incident Management Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents related to Ciena, Huawei, and Nokia DWDM networks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in telecommunications, optical networks, and incident management. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Incident Management*: Detect, investigate, and resolve incidents related to Ciena, Huawei, and DWDM networks. 2. *Network Monitoring*: Monitor network performance and alarms using various tools and systems. 3. *Troubleshooting*: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve network issues. 4. *Communication*: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve incidents and provide updates. 5. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution. 6. *Process Improvement*: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance incident management processes and procedures. 7. *Knowledge Management*: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to improve overall team performance. Requirements: 1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field. 2. *Experience*: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in incident management, network operations, or related field. 3. *Technical Skills*: Strong knowledge of Ciena RLS, Metro Core, OTN, Huawei Metro Core, OTN and Huawei Metro Core, Nokia OTN & Metro Core DWDM networks, including optical transmission,
