Major Skillset Requirements Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze statements ensuring legal accuracy. Auditing & Assurance: Internal/external audits for financial health and regulation. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop plans and forecasts for decision-making. Advisory Services: Investment advice, cost reduction, and growth strategies. Compliance & Regulation: Adhere to laws, accounting standards, and governance. Other Skillset Requirements Strong communication skills. Ability to analyze data and identify financial patterns. Problem-solving skills for finance and compliance. Leadership in guiding finance teams and junior staff. Collaborate across departments and with external auditors. Adapt to evolving laws, tax norms, and accounting standards. Experience & Qualifications Experience: 3 to 7 years, preferably in IT industry (accounting roles) Preferred Qualifications: CA / ICWA / CMA (Inter or Final) or M.Com with experience Salary as per Industry Standards Provident Fund, Group Health & Accidental Insurance
