The Partner Manager - Strategic Alliances position in the IT Infrastructure Domain based in Pune, India (Hybrid), requires at least 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, or Channel Sales on a Full-time basis. As a Partner Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing potential channel and implementation partners in the monitoring, ITSM, helpdesk, and log management ecosystems. You will collaborate with Zabbix's network of over 200 global implementation partners to establish strategic partnerships, negotiate co-selling or bundling agreements, and execute partner enablement plans, which may include sales kits, product walkthroughs, and co-branded content. Tracking partner-sourced leads, conversions, and revenue will be crucial in this role. You will also serve as the main point of contact for partners, manage ongoing relationships, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create joint GTM campaigns, and gather partner feedback to influence product roadmap alignment and sales strategy. To qualify for this position, you should have 5-10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or channel sales within the IT infrastructure or enterprise SaaS space. A proven track record of building partnerships with implementation partners or resellers of monitoring or ITSM tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Freshservice, Elastic, or Splunk is essential. An in-depth understanding of the IT Infrastructure buyer landscape, typical sales cycles in enterprise environments, strong negotiation skills, and experience in structuring reseller or referral agreements are required. Comfort with a metrics-driven approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with modern B2B SaaS and AI/automation tools would be advantageous.
