You will play a crucial role in the B&I Data Team by leveraging your expertise as a Data Visualization specialist to develop high-performance Analytical Dashboards and Insights for senior stakeholders within our organization. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Finance, Risk, Technology, and Data Science, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our global organization by bringing innovative ideas to life for our diverse clientele in investing, trading, consumer lending, and cash management. Your primary responsibility will involve data analysis and visualization, where you will transform complex raw data into visually intuitive representations. By employing advanced visualization techniques, you will create user-friendly dashboards that present critical data metrics in a cohesive and accessible manner, enabling stakeholders to identify trends and patterns effectively. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders from various business areas to gather feedback and requirements, ensuring that the data solutions meet the organizational needs. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes within the team. To excel in this role, you should possess a creative mindset and be adept at storytelling through data. Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT processes, and Job Schedulers is required. You should have a sound understanding of the business technology landscape and be capable of designing and deploying analytical dashboards. Familiarity with database systems like Oracle and Hadoop, along with knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and various file formats, will be advantageous. Furthermore, your adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, and strong work ethic will be highly valued in this role. A solid grasp of Data Science, Machine Learning, and experience in conducting EAD analysis using statistical packages are desirable. Effective verbal and written communication skills are crucial for successful collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ideally, you should have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in a similar role and hold a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, with a potential Master's degree.
