Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Qualification: 10th Standard & Above Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire prepress workflow, from artwork development to final plate output. Prepare and process print-ready files using Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign . Handle Metpet printing files and ensure designs are optimized for high-quality foil printing. Operate or coordinate with the CTP (Computer to Plate) system for accurate plate-making. Collaborate with the design, production, and printing teams to ensure alignment of packaging artworks with print requirements. Ensure color consistency and quality control across all artwork and proofs. Troubleshoot file issues and provide technical support to internal teams. Maintain file organization, naming conventions, and prepress standards. Liaise with external vendors if needed for specialized print processes. Key Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a prepress/printing/packaging environment. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a must. Strong understanding of Metpet printing techniques and design requirements. Experience with CTP workflows and technologies. Excellent attention to detail, color sense, and technical precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Preference for immediate joiners. Role & responsibilities
