Job Summary: • The Senior Engineer will lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for high-precision aerospace components. This role requires expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques, quality systems, and industry standards. As a Production Engineer based in Pune, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to the CU Shop in terms of method engineering, cutting tools selection, CNC programming, and new in-house component proving for NPD/EPD projects. To excel in this role, you should hold a BE Mechanical/DME degree with 5 to 7+ years of experience, preferably in CNC machine programming. You should be proficient in 3D modeling and assembly, tool path generation in Edgecam software, reading geometrical tolerances on drawings, fluent in English and the local language, skilled in tool design of various jigs/fixtures and soft jaws, and experienced in AutoCAD for making 2D drawings.
