As a Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer at Honeywell, you will be responsible for designing AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies, analog and digital circuits, low power systems, microcontroller-based products, cellular and RF circuits, as well as smart electricity and water meters. Your role will also involve designing for EMI/EMC, conducting hardware debugging with strong analytical skills, and ensuring compliance with communication and metering standards. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of design documents, test plans, and test reports, as well as participate in white and black box hardware testing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical hardware, firmware/software, and product ID teams, you will review designs for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and ensure RF performance. Your role will require a Bachelor's degree in BE/BTECH and a minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in electronics product design and development. You should have hands-on experience in board bring up and functional testing, as well as knowledge of wireless technology. Additionally, you will be involved in the schematic/layout review process and testing and evaluating prototypes from initial engineering samples to mass production.
