Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10–20+ years of overall experience in functional and/or technical lead roles . Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Telecom/Communications industry , focusing on OSS operations and implementation. Strong domain knowledge in Inventory Systems , OSS architecture, and COTS products like Cramer or Granite . Experience in multi-dimensional process improvement functions. Willingness and ability to travel as per project needs . Desired Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio. Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters Do 1.
