As a General Manager - Performance & Growth, you will be a visionary and results-driven leader passionate about driving user growth through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. Leading a high-performing team, you will accelerate user acquisition and engagement efforts, owning performance marketing channels, SEO, affiliates, and digital communications to directly impact top-line and bottom-line growth. Your role involves optimizing massive budgets, leveraging data for unlocking new opportunities, and building a world-class marketing engine. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the overarching strategy for Performance Marketing, SEO, Affiliates, and digital communications to align with aggressive growth targets. You will drive high-quality user acquisition across key channels like Google SEM, Metasearch partners, Ad Networks, Affiliates, and Facebook while continuously exploring and scaling new avenues. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end performance of digital campaigns, focusing on ROI, retention, and engagement, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with internal Product and Tech teams, you will ensure seamless campaign tracking, robust attribution, and continuous conversion rate optimization projects. Working with external Meta partners, you will uncover new growth opportunities and conduct competitive analysis. Partnering with Business and Product teams, you will optimize offers and landing pages to improve conversion rates and deliver top-line and bottom-line targets. You will build, mentor, and empower a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability. To excel in this role, you should have 8-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a performance marketing team in an e-commerce or high-growth consumer internet company. Your deep channel expertise should include hands-on experience in running and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns across Google Ads (SEM), Facebook/Meta platforms, and other major digital ad networks. Proficiency in Metasearch partners, Affiliate marketing, SEO, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing automation tools is a significant plus. Strong quantitative abilities, problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience with Google Analytics (GA) for actionable insights are essential. Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets effectively, meeting and exceeding business goals through performance-driven marketing strategies, and staying updated on emerging trends in digital marketing and ad-tech are key requirements. Exceptional organizational, communication, project management skills, and an MBA from a Tier-1 institute are preferred credentials for this role.,
