Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Noida. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, presenting MetaPower's solutions, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate closely with the service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills Knowledge of power and energy management solutions (e.g., UPS, stabilizers, solar power) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client engagement experience Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the power and energy sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
