1.Quality Assurance & Control Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and relevant standards such as ASTM, EN, or BIS for aluminium extrusions. Supervise inspection and testing activities across all stages billet, extrusion, aging, anodizing, powder coating, machining, and final inspection. Approve first-piece inspection reports and ensure in-process and final quality checks are followed. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for internal and customer complaints.
