* Meeting with PD team for sampling plan and time line to prepare samples.
* Product analysis to access the failure possibility and can suggest corrections.
* Handling technical team under sampling dept.
* Responsible for Work allocation, review and sample making from sampling team.
* Co ordination between sampling and finishing team and sample movement to next finishing process.
* Recruitment of technical team member in sampling team as per need and capability required.
* Handling of extra hours working of sampling team to meet the sample deadline.
* Basic tool room operations.
* Basic machines like Lathe, Power press, Milling, Grinding, Welding etc.
* Mechanical drawing and product making as prototype and correction as per need.
* Prototype Sample making from metal wire, metal pipe, metal sheet as per design/ concept by product development team.
