DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Ensure Minimum down time of Production due to Break Down 2. Proper Up-keeping of Machines, Tool & dies 3. Ensure Proper Preventive Maintenance of All Machines, Tool & Dies 4. Ensure Proper stock keeping of Die Spares 5. Ensure timely Procurement plan of required items of Tool room and co-ordinate with purchase team 6. Ensure Proper utilization of Tool Room Associates & Utilities. 7. Ensure timely maintenance of All utilities. 8. Co-ordinate with Vendor related to Maintenance of Plant & Machinery 9. Coordinate with internal customer to ensure minimum production loss in shop floor 10. Heading New product development in terms of Technical assistance 11. Guide / Mentor for cost saving Project in Plant Operations 12. Involvement and coordination for ISO 9001 proper implementation and audit. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED : 1. Should be B-tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2. Should have minimum 10-15 years of Experience as Tool Room In-charge 3. Person from Can Manufacturing Industry is preferable 4. Should have depth knowledge of Tool Room activities 5. Should have depth knowledge of Tool & Dies for Can Manufacturing facilities 6. Should have depth knowledge of Press & Utility Maintenance 7. Should understand Stamping Process 8. Should be able to handle Manpower 9. Should have positive attitude towards growth of company 10. Should be a good team player 11. Knowledge of Plastic moulding also will get more preference
