In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how information is created, organized, and shared across our enterprise. Your efforts will help build and maintain a high-impact knowledge base in ServiceNow, delivering accessible, user-friendly technical content to support teams and end users worldwide. Your responsibilities will include re-writing and maintaining technical documentation for support processes, troubleshooting steps, and service workflows. You will also migrate and modernize knowledge articles from legacy platforms into ServiceNow. Collaboration with global subject matter experts, process owners, and IT support teams to validate and enhance content will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, aligning content with knowledge standards, taxonomy, and metadata structure, as well as authoring and publishing content using ServiceNow tools will be part of your daily tasks. Participation in regular review cycles to maintain accuracy and relevance of published knowledge is also expected. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of technical writing experience, preferably in IT Services, Enterprise Support, or SaaS environments. Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail are essential. Experience working with knowledge base platforms, particularly ServiceNow, is strongly preferred. You should be able to work independently and cross-functionally with teams across global time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management principles, experience managing large-scale documentation, or participating in system migrations, and an understanding of metadata tagging, taxonomy design, and accessibility best practices. The Digital Librarian manages internal Novartis digital assets and provides support in content and digital asset management, including taxonomy, indexing, cataloging, archiving, and metadata tagging within content management systems. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the DAM/MLR tool, housing final creative assets such as graphic design elements, photography, Veeva emails, Launch Pads, and Videos. This role plays a crucial part in enabling Novartis to efficiently reuse assets across the enterprise. As the Digital Librarian, you will support content and digital asset management by handling migration, verification, assets rights management, curation, and archival tasks. Managing the Novartis Enterprise DAM/MLR tool will be a key responsibility, ensuring proper storage of creative assets like graphic design elements, photography, video, and background music. This will further enhance Novartis's ability to leverage assets effectively and enhance efficiencies company-wide. Key Responsibilities: - Verify source file integrity in the workflow before assets are accessible on FUSE DAM. - Ensure assets" rights information accuracy provided by AoRs and apply correct usage rights metadata to creative components. - Create public CDNs for web optimized and print-ready PDFs as part of the SFU workflow or on ad hoc requests. - Collaborate with Agency contacts and content owners to address outstanding tasks and resolve queries related to source file upload or assets rights management. - Support DAM curation activities, including content owner updates, Agency updates, task reassignments, workflow resets, on-demand report scheduling, assisted search, etc. - Assist in asset migration and bulk upload for onboarding new business units or teams on Novartis DAM. - Collaborate with the CE product team to test new feature releases and other test scenarios related to Novartis DAM. - Develop and maintain expertise in digital asset management capabilities. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and team development among librarian team members. - Assist service leads in the onboarding of new team members. Essential Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with Digital Libraries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. - Bachelor's degree in B Tech / B Sc. or equivalent. - Aprimo certified. Key Responsibilities Omnichannel Campaign Design and ownership of the OmnichannelDesign toolkit The Campaign Excellence Manager is responsible for building capabilities in local brand teams to enable developing engaging omnichannel customer experiences. Campaign Analysis In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns across various markets, looking at performance of channels and content, extracting actionable insights, and contributing to the optimization of our campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations. High-level understanding of both strategic and tactical components of campaign planning, advise strategic collaborators on how to leverage marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, VEEVA Sales CRM, Websites and 3rd Party Channel Partners (into the campaign planning process.). Workshop Facilitation Facilitate workshops using the Customer Experience design process to develop omnichannel campaigns including development of campaign objectives, target customer groups, message flows, and customer journeys. Project Management The Campaign Excellence Manager maximises the campaign design process for operational planning requests from the brand to coordinate the execution of the Customer Experience. Campaign Metrics (Cross-Channel Campaign Measurement & Reporting) - The Campaign Excellence Manager facilitates the definition and documentation of how the success of the campaign will be measured with the Commercial Data and Analytics Data Sciences team. The Campaign Ops Manager also facilitates the design of the Tagging Strategy to enable reporting, measurement and campaign optimization.
