Propose creative ideas for content format, pacing, and channel strategy to improve viewer engagement. Required Qualifications 24 years of hands-on experience in video editing for YouTube or similar platforms. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Strong grasp of video composition, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. Understanding of YouTube&aposs technical requirements and best practices (formats, specs, SEO). Skilled at storytelling through visuals and editorial pacing.
