You will be working as a Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) consultant, engaging directly with clients and taking full ownership of assigned activities. This role will require travel to various client sites beyond your base location. Your technical skills will include expertise in Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS), with a strong grasp of allocation concepts and principles in multidimensional modeling. You should be capable of designing and configuring profitability applications in PCMCS, handling application administration and deployment, conducting validations, configuring metadata from flat files/Data Management, and creating allocation data models, rules, and calculations. Troubleshooting allocation issues, creating allocation queries, model views, reports, and dashboards, and understanding data integration via Data Management and flat file integrations will be key responsibilities. You should also have knowledge of security management, migration processes, EPM Automate commands/REST API for Oracle EPM Cloud, and experience in client-facing implementations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in other Oracle EPM Cloud and/or on-premise Applications (Hyperion Planning, PBCS, HFM, FCCS). Your role will involve translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions collaboratively. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this position. To qualify, you should hold a BE/B Tech or CA/MBA degree with relevant hands-on knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Customisation • Configure Aprimo DAM based on solution designs and requirements gathered in design workshops. • Create and manage users, roles, and permissions within Aprimo. • Develop and configure metadata schemas, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies within Aprimo. • Design and implement workflows for asset ingestion, approval, distribution, and archival within Aprimo. • Configure Aprimo search settings and optimize search results. • Implement security policies and access controls within Aprimo. API and Integration Development • Utilize the Aprimo API to develop custom integrations with other systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms). • Develop and implement WebHooks and PageHooks to extend Aprimo functionality and create custom user experiences. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aprimo configurations and integrations Documentation and Training • Create and maintain detailed documentation of Aprimo configurations and customizations. • Assist with the development of training materials for Aprimo users. • Provide support to Aprimo users on configuration-related issues. Ongoing Support and Optimisation • Work closely with the Aprimo DAM Lead and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of Aprimo solutions. • Participate in design workshops and provide technical input. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Aprimo features, functionalities, and best practices. Collaboration and Support • Align Aprimo DAM solutions with ICP's overall technology strategy and business objectives. • Establish and maintain Aprimo DAM governance standards and best practices, including metadata standards, naming conventions, and security protocols. • Work with IT leadership to ensure the security and compliance of Aprimo DAM implementations. Candidate Profile:- Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, related field). • 5+ years of experience configuring and customizing enterprise software applications. • 3+ year of experience working with Aprimo DAM (preferred). Technical Expertise • Strong understanding of digital asset management principles. • Experience configuring metadata schemas, taxonomies, and workflows. • Familiarity with REST APIs and web services. • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
