Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing medical affairs strategies across multiple clusters and regions, ensuring compliance with internal and external medical regulations, offering scientific and clinical guidance in key therapy areas, representing the company in significant regulatory and scientific gatherings, designing innovative medico-marketing strategies to support commercial objectives, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, as well as leading and mentoring a team of Medical Advisors while aligning medical strategies with business objectives. Role & responsibilities Lead and oversee studies on radiolabelled and non-radiolabelled compounds related to E-fate, metabolism, residue, and persistence in plant/animal systems and field conditions. Drive analytical method development and validation handle active ingredient and metabolite analysis using LCMS/MS and GC MS. Evaluate and interpret data on environmental fate, metabolism, residues, and persistence of chemicals (e.g., pesticides, biopesticides, veterinary medicines). Ensure studies comply with GLP and meet OECD, EPA, EFSA, or other relevant guidelines. Collaborate with the QAU team and ensure 100% compliance with SOPs. Sign off on final reports, ensuring data integrity at every step.
