Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead the growth function at STAGE and drive STAGE's customer acquisition journey. You will drive these metrics through (i) collaborating with the product team to improve the subscription and payment experience for customers (ii) working with the marketing team to design and execute bespoke marketing programs, and (iii) influencing the strategies of STAGE's product, content and marketing teams. This is a highly matrixed role, requiring you to effectively influence other department heads and senior leaders in order to impact your area of accountability.
