Were looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to amplify our brand reach and student admissions through strategic digital initiatives Key Responsibilities: Google Ads, Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc) Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and budget planning Track ROI and conversion metrics to improve campaign effectiveness SEO: Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices Conduct regular audits, track performance via tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc Optimize website content for search engine ranking and lead generation Social Media Marketing: Coordinate with content and design teams for impactful campaign rollouts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Monitor engagement, reach, and lead metrics for improvement Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track user behaviour Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports Collaboration: Work with the admissions, creative, and academic teams to align digital efforts with institutional goals Coordinate with external agencies (if any) for performance marketing and media planning Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector Proficiency in: Google Ads (certification is a plus) SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc) Google Analytics, Tag Manager Meta Ads Manager Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
