Role Summary Youll grow VedaTarangs presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, ShareChat , and WhatsApp/Telegram communities . Youll create high-shareability static posts (horoscopes, festival reminders, remedies), prep assets for editors (image-based videos later), schedule content, reply to DMs/comments, track analytics, and run small experiments that drive clicks to our order page and sample-email signups . What Youll Do Daily/Weekly Content Draft daily horoscopes (Vedic + BaZi cues) using our Swami-ji prompt library; write in English/Hinglish with Hinglish planet names. Create static posts & carousels : festival-based predictions, remedies (wealth/love), auspicious dates, zodiac memes, QOTD, UGC prompts. Prep copy for WhatsApp Broadcasts/Telegram (short tips, shubh slots). Localize for ShareChat where relevant (shorter, Hinglish/Hindi-light). Publishing & Community Schedule via Meta tools/Buffer; maintain content calendar . Moderate comments/DMs; escalate support queries; uphold privacy & ethics . Analytics & Experiments Track Reach, Saves, Shares, CTR, Story link taps, Lead signups , and Orders attributed . Run weekly A/Bs on hooks, thumbnails, hashtags, post times. Asset Collaboration Brief designer/editor with on-image text and references; export sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16). 90-Day Success Plan Days 114: Learn brand voice, prompts, calendar; ship 2 posts/day; set up dashboards. Days 1545: Own daily horoscopes + 1 carousel/day; launch festival mini-series ; hit baseline KPIs (below). Days 4690: Run 3 growth experiments; co-own UGC/review capture; propose 1 collab/month. Must-Haves Strong English/Hinglish copy; crisp hooks & CTAs. Comfort with Indian festival calendar ; curiosity for Jyotish/BaZi terms. Canva (or Figma) for clean, readable static creatives. Providing monthly performance reports and insights to refine our social media strategy will be crucial for success. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta tools. Being able to transform mundane briefs into compelling storytelling is a must. Demonstrating a high level of creativity, ownership, and agility in execution is essential. Previous experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) or food and beverage (F&B) brands will be considered a bonus. In terms of background, candidates with experience in social media or content marketing will be preferred. Familiarity with creator/influencer marketing and short-form content creation is desirable.
