As a Performance Marketing Associate at Nap Chief, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of India's coolest premium kidswear brand. Your primary focus will be on paid media, analytics, and creative testing, with the opportunity to work closely with the founders and have a measurable impact right from the start. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, as well as tracking and optimizing key performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, and CTR. You will collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets, conduct A/B tests and landing page experiments, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Effective management of campaign budgets will also be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in D2C marketing and possess hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta reporting, and a willingness to learn, test, and grow are essential qualities we are looking for. Experience in retention campaigns and CRO would be considered a bonus.
