Meta & Digital Ads Specialist

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and a strong secondary skill set in Google Ads and broader digital marketing strategies to drive quality inquiries for our visa and immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads Management:

    End-to-end setup, management, and optimization of ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite.
  • Lead Generation:

    Develop and execute funnel-based strategies to generate high-quality leads for various visa categories (Study, PR, Tourist).
  • Google Ads & SEM:

    Manage Search and Display campaigns to capture high-intent users searching for immigration consultants.
  • Audience Targeting:

    Create and refine Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Creative Strategy:

    Collaborate with the content team or use tools like Canva to design engaging ad copies, hooks, and visuals that resonate with immigration aspirants.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor daily metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and use Google Analytics (GA4) to provide data-driven insights.
  • A/B Testing:

    Run continuous split tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize ad spend.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Core Expertise:

    Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, and Events Manager.
  • Search Marketing:

    Strong knowledge of Google Ads (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Digital Strategy:

    Familiarity with SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Creative Tools:

    Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools for quick ad creative adjustments.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to draft compelling ad copies.
  • Certification:

    Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification is a significant plus.
