Meta Ad executive

As a Meta Ads Executive at FX Retina, you will be responsible for managing and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for D2C brands and lead generation clients. Your role will involve planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for D2C and service-based businesses - Track performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly - Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copy - Attend client meetings (offline/online) to understand business objectives, campaign goals, and target audience - Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights - Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Meta Ads - Solid understanding of lead funnels and D2C conversion strategy - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup - Strong analytical and communication skills In addition to the responsibilities and requirements mentioned above, you will benefit from: - Growth-focused work environment - Direct client exposure - Opportunity to independently handle 5-10 ad accounts If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly email your CV to medhavi@fxretina.agency.,
