Core Responsibilities: Exchange Online Management: Setting up and managing user mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, and shared mailboxes. Office 365 Administration: Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Office 365 environment. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to email, calendar, and other messaging services. Security Implementation: Implementing security measures such as threat protection, data loss prevention, and compliance policies. Migration and Upgrades: Planning and executing migrations to Office 365 and upgrades of messaging infrastructure. Collaboration Tools Support: Providing support for Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring system performance and generating reports on incidents and outages. Working with Teams: Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online . Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration . Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues . Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools . Experience with PowerShell scripting . Understanding of security concepts and best practices for Office 365 . Excellent communication and collaboration skills
