As an Assistant Manager/Manager of Brand Marketing & Strategy, you will be responsible for leading brand expansion, multi-market strategy, and performance management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring effective local execution by Gateway Teams and agencies. You will play a crucial role in developing structured toolkits, overseeing brand consistency, tracking marketing effectiveness, and optimizing campaigns across Asia & the Middle East. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with Market Expansion, Gateway, and Regulatory (RegNova) teams to align brand strategy with commercial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: Brand Expansion & Market Growth Strategy: Developing and overseeing multi-market brand strategies, creating and managing brand toolkits for local teams, ensuring brand alignment across regions, and collaborating with Market Expansion & Commercial Teams. Campaign Strategy & Development: Developing global campaign frameworks, working with creative agencies to create core brand assets, and ensuring campaigns are executed in alignment with brand strategy. Sell-Through Performance Monitoring, Budgeting & ROI Tracking: Monitoring brand and campaign performance, tracking key performance indicators, and optimizing marketing budgets for high ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regulatory Compliance: Working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Gateway Teams to support market penetration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing in-store execution. Post-Launch Brand Growth & Market Insights: Tracking consumer sentiment, competitive activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovation. Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in brand marketing, category management, or multi-market brand expansion in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, or Pharmaceuticals. - Strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing toolkits, and performance tracking. - Experience in developing brand playbooks, campaign frameworks, and marketing toolkits. - Analytical mindset for measuring sell-through performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI optimization. - Hands-on experience in digital marketing, omnichannel activations, and trade promotions. - Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with various teams including Market Expansion, Regulatory, Sales, and Gateway.,
