NTT DATA is looking to hire a Java, Spring/Spring boot, Rest, Microservices, Azure - Developer to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Full Stack Engineer 3 with 6-9 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing applications for Defined Contribution (DC) plans using Java, Spring, Angular, and Oracle in a mixed-technology environment across multiple tiers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in distributed development with exposure to cloud development on Azure. Strong communication, articulation, and coordination skills are a must, along with the ability to identify potential problems, anticipate roadblocks, and provide effective solutions. The candidate should also be able to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, take initiative, and ensure high-quality execution. Mandatory skills for this role include Java, Spring, Spring boot, Microservices, Rest/SOAP Web Services, Oracle SQL, knowledge of Messaging (ActiveMQ, Kafka), experience with Azure (AKS, Functions, Storage), Splunk log and Datadog analysis, Data Access Layer (JPA, ORM), and Agile methodology. It would be a plus to have experience with Angular. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have good communication abilities, be willing to work in a specific shift and location, and ready to work in a hybrid office environment. Full remote work is not an option, and a full return to the office is expected in 2025.
