The key responsibilities for this position include: Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Managing the reception area to ensure it's clean, organized, and presentable. Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings. Maintaining calendars and coordinating meeting rooms. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assisting with basic data entry and filing. Logging visitor information and issuing visitor passes. Ensuring security procedures are followed at the entrance. Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary. Responding to emails, inquiries, or requests with professionalism. Relaying messages to staff or management in a timely manner. Providing basic information about the organization, services, or location. Operating office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
