Assist in the setup and cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after meals. Ensure timely and efficient serving of food to staff/residents as per schedule. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the mess area, including tables, utensils, and serving counters. Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other dining essentials. Dispose of waste properly and manage cleanliness around dustbins and wash areas. Coordinate with the kitchen staff for meal readiness and quantity management. Report any shortages, damage, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly. Assist in receiving and storing mess supplies when required. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
