Urgent Hiring for "Site Admin" Role: Site Admin (On Contract) Designation: Officer Status of Employment: On Contract Mandatory educational Qualification: Any Graduation. (PG in Labour Laws shall be an added advantage) Job Description: Excellent communication skill in 'English' & Hindi. Knowledge of local language will be added advantage. Must have worked at Construction Site. Preparing MIS reports Excellent knowledge of computer is must. Housing and Camp arrangement of employees Transport & Vehicle management Asset Management Opening of Bank Account in the local branch of Bank approved by H.O. on the basis of Board of Directors Resolution authorizing the Resident Construction Manager. Regular Uniform (i.e. at least two trousers + two shirts), winter jackets of standard color shade approved by the company shall be provided to all technical and support staff. Shall exercise total control of Site Administration as well as Camp Administration and shall enforce strict control over staff working under his control at site and at camp such as Cooks and Cook Helpers, Office Boys, Drivers, Pantry Boys, Camp Electricians, Camp Plumbers, Admin. Assistants and allot them their duties and ask for periodic accountability from them. Indiscipline shall never be permitted. Shall enforce strict Cost Control on all Site and Camp Consumables and on all Local Purchases, Power Consumption, Water Consumption, etc. Shall maintain cleanliness and healthy surroundings particularly Camp Kitchens and Utensils and Camp Furniture, Garbage Disposal, Drinking Water etc. Coordinate for Camp Safety and provide Fire Extinguishers in vantage places in camp. Carryout periodic Pest Control in camp and at site A periodic Medical Checkup of Staff and Workmen of Subcontractor in case TOYO is executing LSTK Contract.
