MES Platform Architect

As an MES Platform Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM on a global scale within a pharmaceutical industry context. Your role will involve overseeing digital transformation initiatives to ensure system scalability and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will be required to customize solutions to meet specific business requirements, mentor junior team members to drive technical excellence, and serve as a technical and functional liaison between business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM globally. - Oversee digital transformation, ensuring system scalability and alignment with business goals. - Customize solutions to meet the business requirements. - Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence. - Act as a technical and functional translator between business and IT teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to working with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect. - 5+ years of experience in digital data and RGM technology project management. - Proven experience with Commercial Revenue Enablement, RGM, and TPM solutions (e.g., XTEL, Kantar, Enterra). - Strong understanding of RGM data architecture, data models (ERP sell-in, syndicated market data, TPM, and financial data). - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Architecture/Engineering and Commercial/Sales/RGM business teams. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.,
