Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure systems are functioning optimally.Technical Skills:1)Proficiency in GE Proficy MES configuration and support.2)Experience with GE Proficy tools such as Plant Applications, Operations Hub, and Industrial Gateway Server.3)Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server administration, and familiarity with various operating systems like RedHat and Ubuntu. Knowledge of Active Directory and network security is also essential.4)Strong understanding of SQL Server Management Studio, Historian Administrator5)Familiarity with SBM, iWAY, SAP PI, SQL Server Profiler, IGS, OPC Quick Clienta) Technical Documentation:Translate business requirements into technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.b) Quality Assurance:Develop and execute validation test cases, perform system testing, and provide quality control to ensure reliable operation.c) Data Management:Utilize Microsoft SQL Server to manage and query databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for production tracking, quality management, and other manufacturing functions.Soft Skills:1)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.2)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Education:1) Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
