Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the creation and modification of lithography masks, crucial for the production of state-of-the-art semiconductor products. Your collaboration with engineers and specialist departments will be key to successfully executing projects and driving product enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and adapt lithography masks using advanced CAD tools, ensuring alignment with product specifications and manufacturing requirements. - Support the engineering and development of mask layouts for new product introductions, leveraging deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external mask suppliers for accurate and timely execution of mask-related projects. - Manage and maintain technical drawings and documentation, emphasizing traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement. - Ensure mask designs meet quality, manufacturability, and performance standards throughout the product lifecycle. - Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Completed formal education in Technical Drafting or Design Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline. - Extensive experience in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor), ideally including DW2000. - Demonstrated expertise in creating, adapting, and managing technical drawings and design documentation. - Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on mask design and layout. - Proficient in supporting systems such as Access and SAP, familiarity with MES environments is a strong asset. - In-depth knowledge of applicable industry norms and standards. - Structured, independent approach to work with a high level of precision and accountability. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
