MERN Team Lead 7-12 Years of Experience TOP 3 SKILLS 7+ years of Back-end Development with a Strong understanding of NodeJS, MongoDB, React Native, ReactJS. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices, Complex Distributed Architecture with multiple external connections. Communication skills and experience leading and managing teams. Job Description Roles & Responsibility Lead a team of developers in supporting cloud-based live-in-production node-based applications. Designing, developing, and testing new features on said application, taking them live, and supporting them. Work with small teams, mentor and guide towards Best Practices. Follow Best Practices like Test Driven Design, Unit Testing, Code Readability, Extensibility, DevOps CI/CD etc. Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues. Essential Skills At least 7 years of Software Development Experience with expert knowledge of MERN Stack. Experience in leading a team of developers and delivering under intense deadlines. Expert Knowledge of API Design and Development. Good Knowledge of Server Side Technologies and Databases. Hands-on Experience in Containerization and Container Orchestration. Familiarity with Mobile Application development lifecycle, a Plus.
