Mern Stack Trainer - Faculty Job Summary: Placement Adda (a leading IT training institute, Indore) is hiring for the position of Java Full Stack Trainer (Faculty) with strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and a strong ability to deliver effective training sessions to aspiring developers. Responsibilities : Conduct training sessions on MERN Stack technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Develop and deliver high-quality course materials, assignments, and projects. Provide hands-on coding experience and guide students in building real-world applications. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest developments in training sessions. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support their learning journey. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure an engaging learning experience. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course curriculum. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a faculty, trainer, or instructor in MERN Stack technologies. Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Experience with RESTful APIs, JavaScript, ES6, and front-end frameworks. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively. Experience in developing real-world MERN Stack applications.
