About the Role

MERN Stack Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

  .
• Deliver practical, project-based sessions on full-stack development.
• Teach DSA and mentor trainees on solving complex coding challenges.
• Prepare and deliver assignments, coding exercises, quizzes, and projects.
• Organise mock interviews, debugging sessions, and problem-solving classes.
• Track student performance and provide personalised feedback.
• Maintain updated training material aligned with industry standards.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of the programme.
• Ensure high-quality learning outcomes and structured skill development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate on or before 2022 (Mandatory).

• Minimum

  2+ years

  of experience teaching coding or working as a technical trainer.
• Strong practical experience in

  MERN Stack development

  .
• Solid understanding of

  JavaScript, ES6+, REST APIs, MVC, and full-stack architecture

  .
• Strong grasp of

  DSA

  , algorithms, and logical problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts effectively.
• Experience creating curriculum, coding tasks, and structured learning modules.
• Mentoring experience in real-world projects is an added advantage.
• Must be consistent, reliable, and available for the full 4-month duration.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Git, GitHub, Postman, Thunder Client.
• Knowledge of deployments using AWS, Vercel, Render.
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing frameworks, DevOps basics.
• Exposure to coding contests or competitive programming.
