The trainer will conduct hands-on training sessions for engineering students and aspiring developers, focusing on real-world development skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Deliver practical, project-based sessions on full-stack development. Teach DSA and mentor trainees on solving complex coding challenges. Prepare and deliver assignments, coding exercises, quizzes, and projects. Organise mock interviews, debugging sessions, and problem-solving classes. Track student performance and provide personalised feedback. Maintain updated training material aligned with industry standards. Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of the programme. Ensure high-quality learning outcomes and structured skill development. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate on or before 2022 (Mandatory). Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching coding or working as a technical trainer. Strong practical experience in MERN Stack development . Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, REST APIs, MVC, and full-stack architecture . Strong grasp of DSA , algorithms, and logical problem-solving. Excellent verbal communication, teaching, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts effectively. Experience creating curriculum, coding tasks, and structured learning modules. Mentoring experience in real-world projects is an added advantage. Must be consistent, reliable, and available for the full 4-month duration. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Git, GitHub, Postman, Thunder Client. Knowledge of deployments using AWS, Vercel, Render. Understanding of CI/CD, testing frameworks, DevOps basics. Exposure to coding contests or competitive programming.
