Qualifications and Skills: - Solid understanding of Express.js for handling server-side logic and creating efficient and scalable server-side applications. - Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) offering strong skills in crafting dynamic and interactive user interfaces and server-side functionalities. - Experience with GraphQL to create flexible and performant API layers that bridge frontend and backend applications. - Understanding of Redux for managing complex application states with ease and implementing global state management solutions. - Familiarity with NextJS to build server-rendered and statically-generated applications for optimal performance and SEO. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and troubleshoot application issues effectively. - Passionate about keeping up with the latest technologies and enhancing programming skills through continued learning. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side components. - Proficient in MongoDB, NextJs, React.js, and Node.js and able to seamlessly integrate them to build robust applications. - Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into effective and responsive web applications. - Optimize applications for performance and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. - Implement secure and scalable back-end solutions using MongoDB and Node.js, integrating with other system components. - Utilize version control tools like Git for code management and collaborating with team members effectively. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance coding practices and project outcomes. - Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.,
