Job Overview We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our team at Owebest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Jaipur. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital solutions aligned with our company's vision of excellence. Qualifications and Skills Solid understanding of Express.js for handling server-side logic and creating efficient and scalable server-side applications. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) offering strong skills in crafting dynamic and interactive user interfaces and server-side functionalities. Experience with GraphQL to create flexible and performant API layers that bridge frontend and backend applications. Understanding of Redux for managing complex application states with ease and implementing global state management solutions. Familiarity with NextJS to build server-rendered and statically-generated applications for optimal performance and SEO. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Passionate about keeping up with the latest technologies and enhancing programming skills through continued learning. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side components. Proficient in MongoDB, NextJs, React.js, and Node.js and able to seamlessly integrate them to build robust applications. Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into effective and responsive web applications. Optimize applications for performance and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. Implement secure and scalable back-end solutions using MongoDB and Node.js, integrating with other system components. Utilize version control tools like Git for code management and collaborating with team members effectively. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance coding practices and project outcomes. Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
