Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with around 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.

Implement and maintain database schemas, queries, and optimizations using MongoDB.

Work with third-party APIs, libraries, and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure modern solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with React Hooks, Redux, or Context API.

Good knowledge of API design, authentication mechanisms, and data security.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS / Azure / Heroku / Docker.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.

Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Role & responsibilities
