MERN Stack Developer

As a seasoned MERN Stack Developer with over 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our product development lifecycle at Bix Bytes Solutions. Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional UIs and robust microservice backends for our Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and full-scale products. You will be working in a dynamic environment that challenges you to implement the most advanced technical solutions while collaborating closely with our engineering teams to innovate and iterate on design and functionality. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript libraries, constructing and managing databases and applications with clean and efficient code, contributing to the creation of MVPs and iterative product enhancements, engaging in end-to-end feature development, and working within a continuous challenge environment to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize applications for speed, scalability, and data security, write unit and integration tests, engage in code reviews and refactoring, monitor and improve front-end performance, and stay updated on developments in web applications and programming languages to apply cutting-edge knowledge to our technology stack. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in MERN stack development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and its core principles is essential, as well as experience with popular React.js workflows, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools. You should also have the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and be familiar with code versioning tools like Git.
