MERN + React Native Developer

As a MERN + React Native Developer at FleetPulse in Patiala, Punjab, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, responsible for working on both web and mobile applications using the MERN stack along with React Native. Your role will involve developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications, building and maintaining React Native mobile applications, creating reusable components, designing RESTful APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. - Build and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. - Create reusable components, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration between web and mobile platforms. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features. - Conduct code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and follow industry best practices. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. - Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimization. - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Strong understanding of React Native and mobile app architecture. - Familiarity with TypeScript and RESTful APIs. - Experience using version control systems such as Git. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps tools. - Exposure to mobile deployment (Play Store / App Store). - Punjabi language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
