MERN Lead Developer

Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Developer at HARMAN - Harman Tech Solutions (HTS), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of the OT security platform. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and architects to deliver high-performance dashboards, data visualization, and backend services. This role is based in Pune with a preference for Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive web applications and dashboards using Next.js/React. - Integrate frontend components with backend APIs to ensure smooth data flow, authentication, and security. - Design data models and interact with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for storing OT security data. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to microservices, containerization, and deployment pipelines. - Ensure high performance, scalability, and usability across web applications. - Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality and best practices. Qualification Required: - Expertise in Next.js with strong knowledge of React fundamentals, SSR/SSG, routing, and API routes. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, and data processing pipelines. - Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent. - Understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Context API, etc. - Familiarity with Git, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. - Previous experience in building dashboards and visualizing complex data. - Awareness of security best practices for web applications and APIs.
